Melanie Hollis specializes in helping real estate investors. She has personally been investing in real estate for over 20 years, and has been a real estate agent since 1994. With her technical background, she understands how important the numbers are to ensure an investment property is profitable!
She graduated from Vanderbilt University in Electrical Engineering, and earned her engineering-focused MBA from University of Alabama in Huntsville. Her previous careers include systems engineer for Boeing on the space station, software quality assurance engineer for Intergraph, administrator for Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization Atlanta, and training coordinator for Quickparts.com.
Melanie moved to St. Petersburg in 2013, with her husband of over 26 years, Ron, and their son, Jackson. She enjoys renovating houses, traveling, and spending time with her family. She currently volunteers for Northside Christian School, BridgePoint Church, foster home foundations, and is involved with Sozo Children in Africa, as well as various charity fundraisers. She serves on her neighborhood’s civic association board as vice president and is also the editor & publisher of their quarterly newsletter.
